This position will be assigned to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia. This is a Regular Full Time (RFT) position with benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave). Responsibilities include leading and guiding the efforts of the marketing department, overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy which includes campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations. The role also involves creating marketing and communication strategies for the organization, coordinating and directing marketing projects and major events from start to finish, conducting research and analyzing trends in products and/or services offered to develop marketing strategies for new and existing products and services, developing and building brand strategy and awareness, managing social media presence, and providing public affairs and public relations services for the Force Support Squadron with other base agencies.
