ALIFE Hospitality Group is seeking a Marketing Manager - Restaurant Concepts to lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple restaurant and nightlife brands. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans across multiple restaurant and nightlife concepts
Manage social media accounts and content calendars
Coordinate promotions, special events, and grand openings
Partner with operations teams on in-store marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with influencers, media contacts, and community partners
Track marketing performance, guest engagement, and return on investment
Maintain brand consistency across locations and concepts
Coordinate photography, video shoots, and creative content
Support hiring campaigns and recruiting-related marketing efforts as needed
Manage multiple campaigns, concepts, and deadlines at the same time
Required Qualifications
Must-Haves
At least 3 years of marketing experience
Experience managing social media, digital ads, and email marketing
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel between locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing experience in restaurant, hospitality, nightlife, or food and beverage environments
Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools
Experience supporting promotions, events, partnerships, or grand openings
Experience tracking campaign performance and ROI
Work Environment / Schedule
This is a full-time role based in Houston, TX, with work split between the corporate office and field locations. The role supports multiple restaurant concepts and may require travel between locations as needed. The pace is fast, deadlines can overlap, and the work includes both planning and hands-on execution.

$70,000-$90,000 per year
