Lead the company's marketing strategy by overseeing budget development and execution, staff management, advertising supervision, direct marketing guidance, and performance tracking.
Supervise marketing activities, including Brand Managers, special events, Point of Sale (POS), and signage, to strategically drive business growth and market presence.
Maintain regular communication with brand managers regarding upcoming events, promotions, and opportunities to advance business objectives.
Utilize multiple analytical tools to identify and address critical issues related to spending efficiency, margin analysis, consumer targeting, marketing mix, pricing strategy, and product portfolio evaluation.
Analyze growth opportunities in new markets using syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, etc.) and assess distribution channels for optimal effectiveness.
Collaborate with third-party partners, including brokers, advertising agencies, and consumer research firms, to drive comprehensive marketing strategies and product development.
Coordinate closely with the VP of Sales and East Coast leadership to ensure effective implementation of overall marketing programs and evaluate sales methods, costs, and results for strategy refinement.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 6 plus years of related experience with 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of specific experience with 4 plus years of management experience.
Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree.
