Our client, a leading American multinational clothing and accessories retailer company, is looking for a Marketing Manager for their San Francisco, CA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities include:
Establishing product, service, and product development priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended. Working closely with other departments to ensure Marketing priorities are consistent with the strategic plan and activities match established and agreed to priorities.
Conducting customer and competitive research to ensure that the company is providing its customers with the products, technical support, and services they desire at prices that generate the greatest total dollar return to the Company across its total product line.
Researching to identify new product and services opportunities that match our core competencies; developing and providing marketing materials to support all product and service sales efforts including those of our sister companies and distributors.
Supporting internal communications, marketing, training, motivational, and incentive development efforts; identifying and implementing procedures and systems to ensure the Company's marketing support functions are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs.
In this role, the digital marketing manager will implement and manage online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive member traffic, and generate new members. This will be inclusive of campaigns for social media, site, and paid media as relevant.
Overseeing the Encore Membership social accounts.
Creating social media strategies to engage customers and drive followers.
Managing a calendar and publishing content to engage with customers.
Monitoring trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand.
Briefing campaigns for social media, site, and other digital touchpoints to bring Encore membership to the forefront for consumers.
Analyzing performance metrics across campaigns.
