The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

As a Marketing Manager, Annual Plan, you will be responsible for integrating across marketing by democratizing plans, investment, insights and performance accountabilities. Ownership would include holistic marketing budget maintenance, Quarterly Marketing reporting, insight & performance dashboard updates and taxonomy set up support, ultimately integrating across routines, inclusive of Marketing Learning Series leadership. This role requires strong business acumen with a passion for learning & optimizing plans rooted in data, insights and performance. Four-year degree required, Marketing emphasis or major preferred
5+ years of related work experience
Strong marketing, business and media acumen with ability to leverage data to assess work against the defined strategy & objectives
Impeccable attention to detail
Consistently strive to improve the work, learn from results and be the voice of the guest and business
Engage key stakeholders across the organization at the right times to keep them informed, engaged and motivated to act
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines effectively
Marketing, brand, media or agency experience preferred
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
