We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Outdoor Performance Platform Marketing team and lead global marketing for Primos Hunting and Hoppe's. The Outdoor Performance priorities are to be consumer-first, to lead with our power brands, and to invest in the portfolio. Our marketing team will create consumer demand through smart brand & product promotion, best-in-class content & creative services, insight-driven shopper experiences, and focused channel activation.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing ownable brand positioning and developing initiatives designed to enhance awareness and relevance for the Primos Hunting brand. You will establish brand guidelines and standards for the organization. You will build strategic marketing plans and work with department and brand leaders to achieve market dominance while driving revenue and profitability growth.
This position reports to the Vice President, Head of Marketing, and is based in Brookhaven, MS.

Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
