Marketing Manager-Product Group Specific

As a Marketing Manager-Product Group Specific with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will manage domestic and international marketing initiatives for a specific market/division in order to meet sales targets by growing website visitors and qualified sales leads. You will use analytics to understand, improve and optimize marketing programs to meet marketing goals.

Additional Duties:

  • Develops and implements the division's marketing plan.
  • Responsible for casting the vision for the type of content needed to grow sales/marketing funnel.
  • Responsible for developing marketing materials such as literature, mailers, e-mail blasts, press releases, print/digital adverts, etc. Works with international and domestic representatives to funnel marketing materials through appropriate channels.
  • Establishes and keeps current buyer personas to drive relevant marketing content through the marketing mix.
  • Collaborates with sales management to design and execute marketing campaigns in order to attract website visitors and convert them into sales leads.
  • Develops organic and paid search strategies to drive website traffic and lead generation.
  • Defines and implements digital and print advertising programs to support new product launches.
  • Responsible for successful execution of tradeshows, including booth development, product content and presentation, and lead generation.
  • Coordinates the development and maintenance of the division's website content and assures its accuracy.
  • Manages the relationships with all relevant marketing outlets, including negotiating rates and securing optimized ad position.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: 4-year business degree or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of seven years of B2B marketing experience in a technical field is preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Digital and Search Marketing, including working knowledge of SEO, CPC, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Travel Requirement: As needed

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

This position requires access to "controlled technology" as defined in the Export Administration Regulations and "technical data" as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
