The marketing manager will lead market insights, strategy and commercial execution for infusion therapy that improves the lives of patients with chronic diseases. This individual leads both upstream and downstream marketing activities, in close collaboration with cross-functional colleagues, to exceed our business objectives.
A. Market Expertise
Gather information from various internal and external sources to thoroughly understand the market dynamics for the following specialties/disorders:
Neurology: CIDP, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
Immunology: Primary Immune Deficiency
Gastroenterology: Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis
Lead primary and secondary market research efforts to summarize market dynamics; including the needs/priorities of referring physicians, health systems, payers, patients and infusion competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates in business development, clinical, operations, and sales to align on market dynamics.
B. Marketing Strategy
Lead collaboration with cross-functional peers to develop a concise strategy that positions Option Care Health to exceed our commercial goals for chronic therapies.
Create annual roadmap for all chronic marketing activities including, but not limited to: digital marketing campaigns, industry conferences, customer programs and sales resources.
C. Commercial Execution
Lead program execution for chronic strategy in close collaboration with sales, training, marketing and business development colleagues. Create scorecard and report out on metrics and KPIs in close association with sales operations.

Execute marketing campaigns and sales solutions aligned to chronic business objectives.
Develop annual strategic plan and long range plan updates.
Maintain subject matter expertise for prioritized therapies.
Report quarterly measurements and tracking updates.
Create new product launch and execution plans.
Basic education and/or experience requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
6+ years of marketing and/or product management experience
Healthcare industry experience (physician office and hospital/IDN setting) preferred
Travel requirements:
Up to 20%

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $88,853.42-$148,111.54
