Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives across our distributor and regional marketing teams. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication, content delivery, and campaign execution through collaboration, project management, and marketing technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor Marketer Support (Daily): Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor marketers, responding to inquiries and managing requests efficiently.
• Collaboration Calls (Monthly): Coordinate and facilitate monthly collaboration calls with internal and external stakeholders. Manage content collection, reminders, PowerPoint formatting, and post-call follow-ups.
• Marketing Newsletter (Monthly): Lead the end-to-end production of the monthly marketing newsletter. Gather content, manage stakeholder reviews, format in Marketo, and ensure timely distribution.
• Jeto Email Review (Weekly): Review and provide feedback or approvals on Jeto email submissions from regional marketers.
• Paid Media & Chloe Support (Weekly): Support paid media efforts by managing print insertion assets and assisting with ad hoc marketing projects.
• Workfront Administration (Weekly): Maintain and update project tasks in Workfront. Monitor assignments and ensure project timelines are met.
• Local Media Planning Support (Seasonal: July-November): Assist in planning and executing local media campaigns in collaboration with the Chloe team.
• National Consumer Promotion - Full Suite Savings (Seasonal: Q4-Q1): Support the annual national promotion campaign, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related field. Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Marketo, Jeto, and Workfront (or similar tools). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners is a plus.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
