The Office of Evangelism at QTS exists to demystify the data center industry, tell the authentic story of our company, and equip our people with understanding and language that build confidence and connection.
We're looking for a Marketing Producer - a hands-on, tech-savvy creator with strong audio/video production skills - to help bring that mission to life through world-class content. This person will oversee the technical aspects of production for our internal and external storytelling, ensuring professional quality across all platforms on which we publish.
Manage and operate the complete production environment for The QTS Experience podcast, The QTS Minute, and other Evangelism platforms - overseeing setup, calibration, and optimization of audio and video systems to deliver professional-grade recordings and broadcasts that reflect QTS's storytelling excellence.
Record and edit long-form podcast episodes featuring multiple camera angles and audio inputs, producing polished final versions for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other channels.
Create and edit short-form video content and social clips, derivative content from podcasts, for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other professional or social platforms.
Ensure all produced content - long-form and short-form - meets QTS's high standards of audio clarity, visual quality, and storytelling excellence.
Manage the technical infrastructure of the podcast studio: configure soundboards, cameras, cabling, green screens, and lighting systems.
Maintain and occasionally upgrade studio and field recording setups, recommending improvements to keep production tools and techniques current.
Edit, color correct, and sound-balance recordings for multi-camera shoots and remote interviews.
Learn and incorporate knowledge of the data center business to inform content creation and ensure relevance.
Collaborate with the Evangelist and marketing team to plan and execute video campaigns, internal culture stories, and fireside chats.
Occasionally travel to industry events to set up and manage remote recordings or capture content on-site.
Maintain organized file management and content arc
BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, Engineering or other related major or equivalent professional experience
One or more years of experience in the development of pre, post and live interviewpresentation materials for large sales deals.
One or more years of related professional experience in real estate, architecture, engineering or other professional services related companies.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Specific experience in large mission critical, build-to-suit, or data center industries
Navigates within a broad matrix structure
Juggles multiple and diverse projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Effectively manage external service partners
Marketing Producer and the pursuit team has direct QTS revenue impact
Ability to convey complex ideas in simple, relevant manner
Presents to senior executives, product and sales leadership
