A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic Marketing team. This individual will serve as the liaison between the offshore development team and internal stakeholders.
Process invoices from print vendors and agency partners. Track down missing invoices and work with finance on corrections. Spot check budget documents to ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee agency partner team to QA new source codes in SAP and apply approved testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing deliverables.
Utilize SAP, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software to streamline marketing operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Analyze operational data to generate insights and reports that inform decision-making and unlock efficiency opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met. Discuss customer contracts with the pricing team. Ensure legal has reviewed contracts.
