Implement and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the promo team, ensuring clear accountability from initiation to final delivery.
Coordinate and submit all versions of promotional content and graphics requests, maintaining utmost accuracy and completeness for paid media campaigns.
Deliver A/V assets promptly to internal departments and external agencies, serving as the key liaison.
Monitor project timelines, proactively engaging cross-functional teams to ensure all deadlines are met without delay.
Maintain clear, centralized documentation and status updates, providing transparency and immediately escalating potential risks to leadership.
Essential Foundations: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Production, or a related field.
Core Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
Tool Agility: Proficiency in AirTable, Frame.io, and Slack alongside Microsoft Office Suite.
Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with creative teams and external vendors/agencies, quickly adapting to shifting priorities.
A background of 2+ years in marketing project management or a related production environment is highly valued.
