Serves as the main liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitors project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Coordinates and leads project meetings, providing updates and facilitating discussions to resolve issues. Ensures all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Manages stakeholder expectations and addresses any concerns or feedback promptly. Provides guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Evaluates project outcomes and conducts post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Communicates project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule: M-F 8-5PM

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong project management skills [Required]

Strong process and organizational skills as well as natural disposition towards customer service and relationship management [Required]

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility and adaptability to change [Required]

Proficient with computer/support tools: Microsoft Office [Required]

Education:

Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study: in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field or 7 years of experience in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field

Work Experience:

3+ of experience managing marketing or digital projects [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

Project Management certification preferred

Pay Range: $60,151.66 - $111,886.39
