Marketing Science Partner Responsibilities:
Business Report Automation and Data Product Development: Lead the automation of business reports and data product development for strategic stakeholders, enhancing the visibility of the measurement adoption and performance metrics. This involves building and maintaining data pipelines, developing research, managing and influencing stakeholders.
Developing New Business Opportunities: Spearhead the global expansion of the Marketing Science team's scope by designing and implementing programs, training initiatives, and internal data tools, while fostering strategic influence with global leadership.
Consultation and Strategy Development: Partner with advertisers across diverse industries to understand their business challenges and translate these insights into tailored measurement solutions.
Driving a Culture of Experimentation and Performance Improvement: Lead the adoption of experimental design techniques and open-source tools to enable data-driven decision-making. Deliver training sessions to enhance data literacy and understanding of experimentation and ads performance optimization best practices.
Product and Program Development: Contribute to Meta's product roadmap to enhance usability and ensure solutions are adaptable globally. Drive Go-To-Market strategies for key programs and initiatives.
Analytical Expertise and Impact Assessment: Apply advanced analytical techniques to measure the impact of programs and initiatives, using insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Tools and Technologies: Utilize SQL, Python, R, and other tools for data analysis, experimentation and build statistical models. Employ design thinking methodologies to develop innovative solutions.
Skills, Leadership, and Communication: Leverage strategic thinking, problem-solving, and assertive communication to influence stakeholders. Manage cross-functional projects effectively, showcasing expertise in analytics and strategic product outcomes.
Domestic and International Travel Requires 20%.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Social Science, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Requires 5 years of experience involving the following:
Public Compensation: $195,831/year to $216,700/year + bonus + equity + benefits
