Location: Sedalia, Missouri
Communication with sales representatives, managers and internal departments
Enter data from orders to appear on reports, schedule vendor print dates and ship/delivery dates, and coordinate orders throughout the process
Monitor reports to ensure orders are on time, provide adequate follow up and expediting of orders
Audits order templates and schedules orders
Coordinate and schedule print orders for the yearbook, high school, and college collateral used to support the selling effort of sales representatives in these markets
Check and edit order details and ensure adhering to policy/ procedures and pricing guidelines
Resolve issues arising from representatives, managers, marketing, vendors and internal staff
Work on special promotions or other projects as required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or offset printing facility
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) & Adobe
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requires high accuracy and close attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Strong problem solving, organizational, prioritization skills and follow-up skills
