Analyze customer and campaign data using SQL and Excel to extract insights and create performance dashboards and reports in Google Data Studio. Design marketing assets, social media content, and campaign visuals using Canva and Figma, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines. Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to strategically position SaaS products (POS and booking systems) and identify new opportunities.
