Marketing Specialist

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Marketing Specialist at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Listen and effectively respond to the needs of the Resident Director and Area Marketing Manager
  • Continuously create and oversee new marketing projects and programs
  • Engage the campus community through effective marketing and exciting dining events
  • Effectively communicate through traditional media, digital channels and via social media
  • Proactively identify opportunities to nurture student relationships and grow sales
  • Creative in innovating promotions which achieve our sales goals
  • Work directly with managers to promote products to current and prospective customers
  • Recommend changes to increase the performance of overall marketing program
  • Provide outstanding customer service support to existing management; ensure all managers are made aware of marketing promotions
  • Closely monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the various marketing programs

Job Requirements:

  • A highly results-oriented, articulate individual who works well a team and individually
  • Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business conditions
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Comfortable dealing with a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrate success in leading direct marketing campaigns
