The Marketing Specialist II plays a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies and events. This mid-level position requires a solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to manage projects independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and implements multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Coordinates and executes marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and client-facing experiences
• Analyzes campaigns and event performance and provides actionable insights
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• May manage content calendars and oversee content production
• Stays up to date on industry trends
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of marketing experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Proficiency in the English language is required
