Essential Functions

The Marketing Specialist, NA EMS Marketing supports marketing activities across North America EMS, including marketing asset management, project tracking, sales support, and event/trade show coordination. The role collaborates with Marketing Managers, Sales, Clinical Specialists, and Marketing Communications to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support marketing campaigns and programs for EMS software and devices.

Develop and maintain marketing materials, sales tools, product guides, and digital content.

Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and project tracking.

Assist with trade show and event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.

Coordinate shipments of demo units, literature, and promotional materials for field teams and events.

Support budget tracking, vendor communication, and marketing reporting.

Assist with market research, competitive intelligence, and messaging alignment across EMS hardware and software portfolios.

Required / Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support; medical device or EMS experience is a plus.

Experience with trade shows, webinars, or professional events preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams; experience with Salesforce or project management tools preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong project coordination and task management skills.

Customer-service mindset with a collaborative approach.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

The annual salary for this position is:

$67,000.00 to $85,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
