The Marketing Summer Helper provides hands-on support to the marketing team with a primary focus on preparing for and supporting the annual Dealer Meeting. This role is ideal for a reliable, energetic individual who enjoys physical work, event setup, and working as part of a team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

· Assist with drafting/planning more social content, organizing/planning/assist staff photographer/videographer in studio photography, supporting marketing campaign execution, and helping ensure all our channels remain fresh and ahead of the competition by engaging and researching multiple platforms.

· Provide critical support in managing task organization, meeting preparation, and timeline tracking.

· Assist in coordinating and planning catalog layout development, ensuring assets are properly gathered, organized, and delivered on schedule.

· Help manage and prepare digital assets for POP materials, supporting to deliver timely, accurate, and visually consistent marketing resources.

· Support research efforts by gathering insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.

· Dealer Meeting Showcase aide and help in the planning and visual assets

· Help coordinate logistics, support on-site needs, and assist in asset organization post-production

· Assists with setup and teardown for the annual Dealer Meeting

· Move, load, unload, and organize boxes, signage, displays, and marketing materials

· Set up booths, banners, tables, products, and promotional displays as needed

· Pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment to and from event locations

· Maintain organization of marketing storage areas and inventory

· Provide on-site support during events as needed

· Assist the marketing team with general projects and tasks assigned

· Follow all safety guidelines and proper lifting procedures at all times

Skills And Knowledge:

· High School diploma or currently enrolled in college with an interest in Marketing preferred

· Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds or up to 90 pounds team lift

· Knowledge with Adobe Suite a plus

· Highly organized and effective in managing multiple priorities and deadlines

· Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

· Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

· Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Effective problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in various environmental conditions such as in the office, in the warehouse, outside in hot or cold temperatures, in the water and/or multiple locations for events

· Ability to travel and work long/extended hours when necessary, due to marketing events
