Social Media Campaign Manager

This position is responsible for driving brand visibility and engagement through creative social media campaigns and will have a strong focus on digital marketing, storytelling and community engagement. Job duties include developing, executing, and tracking social media campaigns across various platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement, overseeing our donation and sponsorship programs, providing support for NB sponsored events, utilizing various software programs to prepare reports for management review, and providing administrative support as otherwise needed. Travel will be required to our branch locations on an occasional basis. The ideal applicant will have at least an associate\'s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience, good understanding and familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics, creative eye for developing and evaluating social media promotional materials, previous experience in Microsoft 365 and Canva, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, basic photo and video editing skills for social media content, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a valid driver\'s license and personal vehicle for travel requirements, and will exemplify our Core Values of deliver an exceptional experience, shine through service, lead with integrity, create positive impact, and foster genuine relationships.
