As a leader within the Enterprise ERP Products & Services (BPS) function, the IT Manager of Supply Chain Products & Services serves as the strategic technology partner for the Supply Chain business unit, overseeing the full lifecycle of the technology product portfolio-including team leadership, operations, project delivery, future-state design, and vendor management. This role requires proven ability to manage large, diverse portfolios of technology products and projects in complex, fast-paced environments, along with strong collaboration skills to build partnerships with internal platform teams (PPS) and external vendors. The manager must have a deep understanding of enterprise data integration and BI/analytics platforms, experience managing product budgets and financials, and the ability to solve complex problems and manage risks across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in business management and Supply Chain principles is essential, as is hands-on experience with systems such as warehouse management, transportation management, and planning/modeling software to ensure seamless execution across enterprise functions. The role also demands success in defining, optimizing, and executing Supply Chain efficiency strategies and digital transformation initiatives for headquarters operations. Strong product acumen and business agility are key, with the ability to translate business needs into prioritized product features and apply learning agility to emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills are required to articulate product vision and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences, along with initiative in organizing, managing, and budgeting projects strategically. Leadership capabilities must include inspiring and growing teams in a product-oriented model, delegating ownership, and setting clear expectations for success. A commitment to service excellence, grounded in core values of honesty, integrity, and respect, is vital, as is the ability to foster a culture of partnership and collaboration-especially with internal platform teams critical to success.
