A day in the life:
The Paid Media and Marketing Integration Manager is within the global Paid Media and Advertising Marketing team and will involve close collaboration with cross functional Hertz teams including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, Brand, eCom, Loyalty, and CRM. This role is responsible for managing the performance of marketing investments, reallocating funds to drive efficiency and EBITDA growth. Preparing executive-level reporting, including campaign planning, campaign performance, financial forecasts, and long-range planning, is a critical part of the role. This position will have one direct report.
Note: this role will be required to work from our Estero, FL WHQ or Atlanta, GA office at least 3 days per week.
The salary range for this position is around $100k and commensurate with experience.
What you'll do:
Possess an expert level of functional expertise to synthesize data and analysis of reporting to support forward-looking marketing planning
Develop clear, insightful report outputs from our omni-channel marketing strategy linked to the approved financial investments and regularly communicate findings, optimization recommendations, and opportunities to Senior Leadership teams, collaborators and team members
Full ownership of marketing investment financials, including: the completion of media insertion orders, processing campaign billings, and invoice reconciliation
Partner with Finance, senior leadership, and business partners to produce monthly marketing forecasts, close-of-month reports, and long-range business plans
Support tracking plans and forecasts for global media investments and their associated returns with executive-level reporting
Monitor and support the tracking of marketing plans and strategy optimizations through detailed forecast documentation for actionable recommendations to support regional goals and targets to deliver ROI
Control allocated global media budgets, reallocating as needed (with up to daily adjustments), against delivery on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to marketing leadership on all financial investments across the marketing segments including but not limited to Paid Media Advertising, Digital eCommerce, Loyalty, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Brand Marketing, and Sponsorships along with vendor contracts' tracking and fees
Create reporting and presentations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, finance and agency partners to help achieve business and financial goals
What we're looking for:
3-5 years' experience in Marketing and/or Finance
Bachelor's in marketing or relevant area of education preferred
Expert proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strategic individual with a hands-on approach to execution
Highly analytical, comfortable with campaign reporting and attribution models linked to performance
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
Capability of balancing urgent priorities with strategic long-term objectives
