The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting the business brand, products, and services through paid media and organic search strategies. The individual will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media and search programs, driving revenue, awareness, traffic, and engagement. A successful candidate will have the ability to create engaging content, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from accredited higher learning institution in marketing, science, or related area
Experience:
3+ years marketing experience in PPC, paid media, or SEO.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of, or actual working experience in life sciences, laboratory or process/industrial products preferred
Familiarity with paid media and organic search platforms (including Google, Bing, SEMRush, Amazon Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Analytics)
Proven experience working with content creation teams, social marketers, and link builders to produce successful content leading to quantitative results and community/engagement enhancement
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and demonstrate the capacity to make appropriate decisions independently.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of search content and campaigns.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressures, within deadlines or other essential time constraints.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate to all levels of the organization clearly and concisely.
Ability to function in a sophisticated, matrix business environment.
Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
