Pay Rate: $16.00 | Full Time | Shift Details: 3:00PM-12:30AM Sunday, Wednesday-Saturday (OFF Monday & Tuesday)

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As a Players Club Representative, you will promote the success of the Choctaw Rewards Club, by informing players of benefits, offers, and special events, and assisting players with all requests. Associate must be customer-focused as they often have the first contact with new customers and frequently deal with regular casino customers. You will report to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager.

Primary Tasks:

You will explain Choctaw Rewards Club program, promotions and other marketing information in detail to guests.

Perform data entry tasks associated with Rewards Club card and use the Player Tracker System.

Assist the Marketing department with multiple projects, promotions and events.

Answer any questions and immediately resolve any guest, associate or management concerns.

You will issue comps based on established guidelines.

Stay informed about all marketing activities, promotions, and events.

Maintain records to document/verify department activities.

Maintain positive working relationship with all locations, departments, staff and vendors.

Comply with all company regulations and policies.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

General computer application proficiency.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

General knowledge of casino facilities and amenities and an in-depth knowledge of casino promotions.

Prior experience in high customer contact positions.
