The Primary Care Network Marketing Manager is a strategic marketing leader responsible for driving the growth and reputation of Dayton Children's primary care network while strengthening referral pathways into specialty services. This role develops and executes marketing plans aligned with organizational priorities, using data-driven insights to guide strategy and measure success. With a focus on referral development, the manager partners with clinical, administrative, and physician relations teams to expand provider engagement, streamline referral processes, and increase specialty volumes. The role also oversees multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital engagement, brand positioning, and community partnerships to enhance access, patient experience, and referring provider satisfaction. Ultimately, this position ensures that Dayton Children's is the trusted first choice for families and a strong partner to the region's referring providers.
This is a hybrid role located in Dayton, OH
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience:
7+ years of marketing experience.
Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives and collaborate across clinical and administrative teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy.
Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing external agencies, and overseeing marketing budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, presentations, and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
Masters Degree in Marketing or related field
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in pediatric or primary care healthcare marketing
Skilled in referral development, provider engagement, and value-based care models.
Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, with working knowledge of Epic workflows, consumer self-scheduling platforms, and innovative digital engagement strategies.
Creative thinker with a passion for improving access and outcomes for children.
Proven track record in driving change management in digital health initiatives.
