As a Principal Product Manager at Intuit, you will define and lead the strategy for building and driving adoption of our experimentation platform that enables data-driven decision-making across the entire company. This critical role demands a blend of strong product vision, technical acumen, and thought leadership in statistical methods, data analysis, and experimentation techniques and methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including data science, engineering, and marketing-to ensure Intuit unlocks value at scale through robust experimentation and analysis.
Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying customer and business pain points, exploring solutions powered by automation, AI, agentic AI, and advanced experimentation platforms, and creating delightful customer experiences while driving measurable outcomes across the organization.
This is a highly impactful role that requires you to lead innovation at the intersection of data, statistics, and product strategy.
What you'll bring
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience:
10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ in a Principal or leadership role.
5+ years of direct experience with data products, developer tools, or experimentation platforms in a product, growth, or analytical/data science role
3+ years hands-on experience as an experimentation analyst, working on experimentation design, setup, and analysis.
Strong expertise in statistical experimentation methods, concepts and @types (A/B testing, MVT, MAB).
Proven success in defining and executing strategies for internal or customer-facing experimentation platforms and/or techniques.
Expertise in building tools and platforms for both highly technical teams (e.g., data scientists) and non-technical users.
Experience with experimentation platforms like Optimizely, Statsig, or Dynamic Yield is a plus.
Technical Acumen:
Deep knowledge of designing, implementing, scaling, and analyzing experimentation platforms.
Ability to engage in high-level technical discussions related to experimentation frameworks, data reliability, and statistical rigor.

How you will lead
Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for Intuit's experimentation platform, aligning initiatives with company objectives.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to define requirements and best practices for experimentation, hypothesis generation, test design, and decision-making.
Partner closely with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to deliver user experimentation tools that are seamless, scalable, and statistically rigorous.
Explore and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to leapfrog current capabilities.
Develop and direct strategies to ensure tools and platforms are user-friendly, insightful, and support both technical and non-technical users.
Evangelize platforms internally, driving a culture of experimentation and metrics-based decision-making throughout Intuit.
