Product Customer Service

Our client, a leading organization in the veterinary and pet nutrition industry, is seeking a product customer service professional to join their team. As a product customer service representative, you will be part of the customer support department supporting veterinary professionals and consumers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong technical understanding, and a passion for animal health, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote

Open to remote candidates! Candidates located in the Midwest preferred.

What's the job?

Facilitate the sale, promotion, and recommendation of veterinary products by providing detailed technical and nutritional information.

Communicate dietary management advice and technical product details to current and potential consumers.

Promote the nutritional excellence of pet products to increase sales and recommendations among veterinary professionals.

Assist customers with online store issues, including login problems, returns, refunds, and delivery inquiries.

What's needed?

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with a veterinary clinic, animal science, or nutrition background.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand and convey technical information.

High school diploma required; 2 years of work experience or 4 years in business/customer service preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours between 8am - 6pm CST, with shifts from 8am - 4:30pm and 9:30am - 6pm.

Familiarity with customer response systems and social media communication is a plus.
