Product Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for supporting product launches, developing product marketing assets, and applying market insights to drive product-market fit. The Product Marketing Manager develops product positioning strategies for the assigned product category and helps ensure consistent messaging across channels. Ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and will be able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Will have experience with B2B product launches and sales enablement and be competent in leveraging market research and competitive intelligence.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related functions. Experience in B2B or industrial markets preferred.
  • Travel: Up to 15% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develops clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks for assigned product roadmap product launches, supporting growth, margin, and market share goals.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research: Leverages research insights - guided but not conducted by product marketing - to shape customer-centric strategies, refine product-market fit, and inform product positioning and claims. Applies findings to enhance customer experience and support strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Product Launch Readiness: Develops and executes product marketing initiatives for assigned roadmap - including messaging, marketing toolkits, launch scorecards and campaign assets - to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention for innovation ‘big bets’, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Establishes and tracks metrics and KPI’s to measure the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Sales Enablement: Develops and optimizes training, content, and tools that support the sales process and buyer journey, enabling teams to engage effectively and close deals.
