Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product marketing, technical writing, and sales enablement collateral and a proven ability to translate complex product information into clear, persuasive messaging and tools that drive business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create source messaging for new and existing products aligned with insights, customer needs, and stakeholder requirements.
• Translate source messaging into technical documents for distribution across internal systems and platforms.
• Develop sales tools including sell-in decks, sell-against tools, competitive positioning documents, and portfolio positioning resources.
• Collaborate with business, category, and marketing teams to refine messaging and tools for consistency and alignment with objectives.
• Maintain a current understanding of product features, customer value propositions, and competitive landscapes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, technical writing, or related roles.
• Proven copywriting skills with clear and persuasive messaging.
• Expertise in creating technical documents for internal and external audiences.
• Experience developing and delivering sales tools and collateral.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex product details.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building competitive sell-against tools and portfolio positioning.
• Background collaborating with cross-functional business, category, and marketing teams.
