Production Assembler

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Assembler to join our team in Anoka, MN. This position offers weekly pay ranging from $20-23/hr with openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in the construction of High-Density Liquid Cooling products by building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for High-Density Liquid Cooling products.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.
• Learn and perform brazing on copper piping.
• Grind and finish assembled products.
• Work both individually and collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Capability to stand throughout the entire shift.
• Desire to enter the manufacturing industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience working with tools.
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift.

Work Environment

Work in a very large manufacturing environment that is high-speed but not an assembly line. While the environment is clean, please note it can get hot in the summer as it is not temperature controlled.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $2285.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
