We're seeking a skilled Interior Designer with proven experience in restaurant design to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to manage brand design standards across multiple projects. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating functional, inviting spaces that enhance the customer experience.

Provide interior design services for existing restaurant and hospitality spaces

Create and maintain construction documents for facility upgrades and renovations

Ensure consistency of brand design standards across all projects

Partner with internal departments and project stakeholders to coordinate the design and construction process

Positive, professional attitude with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills

Minimum 7 years of interior design experience, ideally with a focus on restaurant projects

Ability to develop and evolve designs while maintaining brand identity and standards

Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture required

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and related design software

Willingness to travel in and out of state as needed

Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record required

Ability to perform manual data input for up to 50% of the workday

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders to navigate job sites

Self-starter who can work well under pressure while delivering high-quality results
