Whiskey Goats and Royal Flush are looking for a motivated, creative, and outdoors-driven individual to join our team. This role blends retail management, content creation, and sales. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys connecting with people, and has a genuine passion for the outdoors. Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at Whiskey Goats while supporting sales and client relationships for Royal Flush. You'll also play a key role in growing both brands through social media, content creation, and community engagement.

This is a part-time position with strong potential to grow into full-time based on performance, initiative, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Whiskey Goats

• Retail & Store Management
• Oversee daily store operations and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and maintain organized, accurate stock
• Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Content Creation & Social Media
• Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms
• Promote products, new arrivals, giveaways, and in-store events
• Maintain a consistent outdoors-focused brand voice (hiking, hunting, fishing lifestyle)
• Help grow audience engagement and brand awareness
• Guided Outdoor Experiences
• Plan and lead guided hikes throughout spring, summer, and fall
• Promote hikes through social media and marketing efforts
• Build community engagement through outdoor events
• Ensure hikes are organized, safe, and enjoyable for participants

Royal Flush

• Sales & Client Relations
• Make sales calls to potential and existing clients
• Maintain organized records of outreach and communication
• Assist in growing advertising accounts and client relationships
• Deliver materials throughout the Rock Springs and Green River area
• Use deliveries as opportunities to connect with businesses and promote additional services

What We're Looking For

Must be outdoorsy -- passionate about hiking, hunting, fishing, or similar activities

Comfortable on camera and confident creating video content

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated, organized, and reliable

Creative mindset with an eye for marketing and storytelling

Sales experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and take initiative (most important)
