You'll act as a pivotal leader, forging strong partnerships and leveraging your expertise to create programs that captivate consumers and fuel our brand's growth.
Pioneer a strategic vision for the top retail partner and department store channels, focusing on maximizing revenue and strengthening our brand presence.
Champion creative and innovative programs across multiple categories-from toys and collectibles to apparel and beauty-by collaborating with global teams.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, unlocking new opportunities and helping to shape the future of entertainment retail.
Lead with influence, aligning diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver a unified and compelling retail experience.
Leverage data and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring our programs are always ahead of the curve.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can pivot quickly and manage multiple, mission-critical projects.
Demonstrated experience in retail strategy, account management, or licensing, with at least 7 years of proven success, particularly with the target account.
A deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics, with the ability to optimize strategies on a global scale.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and key retail partners.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive business performance.
