Sales and Marketing Intern - Fall 2025

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan

Wage: Depends on Experience

The Sales and Marketing Intern will provide marketing support and resources to the Business Development department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the Business Development team members

Conducts research of the market to determine trends in customer spending and Department of Defense funding

Builds upon and develops current design of materials while adhering to brand standards (print, web, etc.)

Produces new concepts, develops reference materials, provides inspiration and provides creative input across all media channels (print, digital, social, etc.)

Interprets complex data into well thought-out and designed infographics and maps

Provides additional visual support to Leadership through various channels (presentations, trade shows, etc.)

Develops consistent visual voice across all materials

Coordinates other projects as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

2-3 years college education, marketing concentration preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent administrative skills

Superior attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
