Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee sales operations and marketing initiatives in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities:

Evaluate sales performance through metrics and reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Utilize cloud-based systems to manage operations, reporting, and data analytics effectively.

Travel regularly to other locations to support sales efforts and team development.

Shape and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a cohesive and motivated sales team.

Requirements:

A proven track record in sales management, preferably in the appliance, construction, or interior design industries.

Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading sales teams to achieve results.

Proficiency with technology and cloud-based systems for operations and reporting.
