Driving member behavior change is a critical strategy in Aetna's mission to offer our members affordable health benefits coverage and access to quality care. This position is directly responsible for executing behavior change messaging campaigns that improve member health outcomes and lower total cost of care.
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect is a multi-channel marketing specialist who will activate our high-impact 'behavior change' teams by delivering campaigns across digital and non-digital media. As the resident architect in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - and more broadly, your team's marketing technology "backbone" - you will partner directly with business executives, marketing strategists, data scientists, and creative leads to precisely target our membership and trigger behavioral changes that optimize healthcare spend while increasing quality of life. This is more than just a marketing job and becomes more about population health management.

Pay range: $72,360.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
