Sales/Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales/Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Simi Valley, California. The role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting various sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international sales orders with precision, ensuring timely confirmations and accuracy.
Utilize company systems to input orders, manage customer data, and track order progress.
Coordinate closely with Operations and Sales teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment.
Provide exceptional customer service to distributors and end users, while maintaining a strong understanding of product lines and audience needs.
Assist with tradeshow logistics, including preparation, packing, and post-event material management.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales data using HubSpot.
Actively participate in regular Sales & Marketing meetings to align on priorities and strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and support time-sensitive initiatives.
Be flexible with work hours and travel occasionally to meet business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with company systems and HubSpot is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software tools.
Detail-oriented approach with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
