Cintas is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager for the Corporate Marketing Department. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop, implement and manage marketing and technology programs that increase business lines utilized by existing customers and establish relationships with new customers; execution of marketing plans and campaigns; managing the fulfillment of marketing materials; interacting with internal partners to ensure successful program acceptance/execution; and reporting/analysis of campaigns and program results.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum 3 years' Marketing experience or demonstrated knowledge of Marketing practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Ability to travel 20% of the time with overnight stays
Preferred:
Minimum 2 years' project management experience
Experience with marketing technology programs
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
