A Day in the Life of the Senior Analyst Digital Marketing:

The Senior Analyst Digital Marketing drives performance analytics. This role focuses on turning data into actionable insights to improve digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The Analyst reports to the Vice President leading campaign performance analytics, data interpretation, and reporting, while also supporting budget forecasting, and agency coordination.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to define benchmarks and refine KPIs and measurement plans with business goals.

- Pull and analyze raw data to uncover insights and guide media strategy.

- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to streamline reporting and data flows.

- Proactively run reporting, BI, and measurement outputs to analyze recommended actionable optimizations, dashboard evolution, and wider scale synergies.

- Monitor performance trends and anomalies; identify root causes.

- Interpret statistical models to inform strategy.

- Present actionable insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in multiple formats: Excel, presentation, and verbal/written communications.

- Use historical and trend data to design campaigns that meet sales goals.

- Forecast budgets and performance using predictive modeling.

- Evolve testing plans to uncover new opportunities and drive innovation.

- Audit campaigns for performance across audiences, creative, and tactics.

- Support campaign execution and collaborate across teams where needed.

- Analyze user behavior to improve acquisition and cost efficiency.

- Maintain documentation of historical testing, innovations, and best practices.

- Manage billing and invoices accurately.

- Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

- 4-7 years of Data Science, Marketing Analytics or Statistics experience is required.

- 3-5 years of data reporting & visualization (Looker, Tableau, Alteryx, GA4, BigQuery, etc.).

- 3-5 years in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, etc.)

- 3+ years with testing in paid media or digital marketing.

- Experience using AI to automate or enhance analysis is preferred.

- Strong skills in Excel, Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and business objectives.

- Ability to distill data and bring forward actionable insights.

- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

- Agency & Telco Experience a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM / DMP systems and other ad platforms is a plus.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or Compu
