Sr Director Of Channel Marketing

With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, creative, brand and performance marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Sr Director of Channel Marketing to lead from our Santa Monica or San Francisco office. This senior leader will oversee a team and manage large-scale programs to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth across owned and off platform channels. The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on expert in channel marketing, inclusive of paid, web, social, and CRM. In this role, you'll work closely with Product, Growth, and Data Science & Insights teams to grow Snap's business across the world.

What you'll do:

Define the overall channel marketing strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets across consumer, business, developer and creator audiences.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of owned channels and paid media campaigns across channels.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketers, channel specialists, and media strategists.

Set clear goals and KPIs for team members, fostering a Ai/data-driven and performance-oriented culture.

Oversee campaign reporting, testing frameworks, and performance dashboards in collaboration with the analytics and product growth teams.

Identify and test new acquisition channels, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Create, build and grow our Snap owned channels web, social, CRM across our all audiences.

Partner with other senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing delivers on Snap's overarching business goals.

Collaborate with other marketing leaders around the world to build and localize global marketing programs, and share best practices across our portfolio.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong leadership skills with an ability to navigate complex organizations.

An experienced operator, who will be both player and coach in a dynamic team and environment.

Creative mindset and an ability to spot opportunities and cultivate ideas where others wouldn't.

Analytical rigor and an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Superior ability to cultivate senior stakeholder relationships and bridge disparate priorities across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience.

20 years of experience in a marketing role.

10 years of experience leading teams which operate cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, mobile, web, CRM.

Proven success managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable business impact.

Strong understanding of marketing attribution, customer segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.

Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude), and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, DSPs).

Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and pixel/tag management tools.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, metrics-driven approach.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Experience in regional or global marketing roles.

Marketing experience at a digital platform, app, or media company.

Proven track record of developing and bringing strong creative campaigns to market.
