You will be responsible for owning the email marketing, retention, and growth strategy across Future's Women's Lifestyle properties - Who What Wear, Who What Wear UK, Marie Claire, Marie Claire UK, and The Thirty. Managing the email acquisition strategy from start to finish, running site-wide behavioral campaigns, and optimizing for incremental subscriber conversion.
Owning the email and partnerships content strategy, prioritizing traffic, affiliate, and media revenue goals, as well as subscriber nurture campaigns to further push users down the loyalty funnel - optimizing organic traffic growth across off-platform partnerships.
You will also manage a team of email marketers to help manage and strategize email campaigns.

Proven experience implementing the content strategy with editorial and auxiliary teams
Expert in HTML, a basic understanding of CSS
Strong experience using an ESP such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, or Selligent
Proficient in Google Analytics and building custom reports
Expert in email segmentation, automation, and journeys
Experience in copywriting and proofreading work
Proficient in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Circle tools

Expert HTML coder and basic understanding of CSS
Proficient in Google Analytics, Marfeel and other audience tools to drive insights
Experience with copy editing
