Your day-to-day as Senior Manager, Marketing

Drive the development and execution of strategic marketing, capture marketing, and brand initiatives that fuel growth across core business areas and key product lines.

Lead complex, high-impact marketing projects with confidence, crafting smart strategies that deliver measurable, standout results.

Approach challenging marketing problems with innovative, big-picture thinking that transforms complexity into effective, high-value solutions.

Own division-level marketing programs and trade show execution, ensuring seamless alignment with broader corporate goals.

Partner closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives and provide clear, consistent updates on progress and outcomes.

Anticipate and navigate internal and external challenges-including regulatory changes-proactively adapting marketing strategies to maintain agility and competitive edge.

Champion continuous improvement by developing streamlined processes, standards, and best practices that enhance marketing operations.

Manage marketing budgets with precision to optimize resources and maximize return on investment.

Required minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

A powerhouse with 15+ years of experience driving strategic, capture, and brand marketing initiatives that move the needle.

Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes marketing projects with bold strategies that deliver big results.

Expert in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and fuel growth.
