About the Role:

The Senior Product Operations Manager brings together operational excellence and program management rigor to support our product roadmap, delivery processes, and budget management. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Client Services, Finance, Marketing and Business Development to ensure smooth product operations, high-quality releases, and alignment with organizational goals. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and improving product performance across the Panalgo product portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Identify operational gaps or issues and own resolution, driving continuous improvements in product quality, processes, and efficiency.

Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure successful planning and execution of operational initiatives and product releases.

Oversee operational workstreams across the product lifecycle, partnering with Product Managers and Engineering to drive multiple initiatives to completion on time and within budget.

Manage escalations with urgency by gathering facts quickly, assessing impact, and mobilizing the appropriate Product, Engineering, and Client teams to drive swift resolution.

Manage key operational deliverables such as business case inputs, product budgets, process governance, and tool administration (Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, etc.).

Partner with the Marketing team to support successful product rollout planning, including aligning launch timelines, messaging, documentation, and internal readiness.

Lead or support product performance measurement, analytics, and ongoing process/technology improvements.

Drive reporting and dashboard development to support leadership decision-making and team productivity.

Serve as a subject matter expert for product operations, release management, and performance tracking across the IHD product suite.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and data privacy/security standards.

Perform additional duties as needed to support operational and financial success.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

5+ years in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or similar roles.

Strong familiarity with software development lifecycles and product development workflows and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

A data-driven mindset and comfort with reporting tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Strong ability to quickly learn new concepts, plan work, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with taking full ownership of the outcomes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand both business and technical aspects of product development.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and experience with Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Pendo, Gainsight, or similar tools. (Experience integrating AI into workflows is a plus.)

Understanding Product Management principles. (Prior Product Management or healthcare experience is a plus.)

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
