The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist plays a critical role in shaping and executing integrated communications that build brand awareness and drive preference for Teleflex products within the Anesthesia Business Unit. This role leads the development and delivery of high-impact marketing communications across digital channels, social media, sales and clinical collateral, and trade show platforms-ensuring all materials align with brand standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires a strong cross-functional partnership with Product Marketing, Clinical & Medical Affairs, Legal/Compliance, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into compelling, compliant executions. The Specialist will also champion performance measurement, establishing meaningful metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. As a collaborative, innovative professional, this individual will actively contribute to a results-driven culture that values teamwork, creativity, and accountability.
This is a hybrid in-office/remote role based in the Raleigh/Durham/Morrisville, N.C. area.
Lead the day-to-day development of compelling marketing communications deliverables, from concept through completion. This may include collateral, digital advertising, emails, website, and social media content, videos, tradeshow graphics, and educational presentations.
Collaborate with product managers to develop creative briefs and project plans, driving alignment with business strategy.
Participate in the development of digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Specialist to execute, manage, and measure effectiveness.
Manage external vendors to complete projects on strategy, on time, and on budget.
Route materials through the document control system and work in accordance with Legal, Regulatory, Clinical, and Compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain project management documents such as activity calendars, collateral inventory, budgets, and spend trackers.
Ensure communications materials adhere to Teleflex brand standards, corporate identity guidelines, and company policies
Demonstrate strategic communication leadership, driving best practices to achieve business objectives. Encourage development of metrics-based components for all projects and programs.
Bachelor's degree (in communications, design, marketing, business, or associated fields)
3+ years professional experience, including direct experience in marketing communications, brand management, design, or related areas
Marketing agency experience is a strong plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat DC
Experience with creative content tools (Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Canva) a plus
Demonstrated success working in a remote environment
Strong project management skills: capable of managing multiple projects both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, with attention to detail

Demonstrated success working in a hybrid environment.
