Marketing Leader
Elan Financial Services, a division of U.S. Bank, partners with over 1,200 financial institutions and credit unions to deliver turnkey credit card programs for consumers and small businesses. As a Marketing Leader, you'll drive customer-centric, multi-channel strategies that fuel growth, retention, and engagement. You'll lead a high-performing team, optimize performance through data-driven insights, and collaborate across functions to bring impactful marketing programs to life in client retail banking branches and related channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across channels
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate ROI and optimize performance
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships to support brand and business goals
- Collaborate with product, sales, technical teams, and external agencies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy with a proven track record of delivering results

- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated agility in strategic thinking and execution
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, delivering on time and within budget
- Proficiency in navigating various software tools
- MBA or other indicators of high achievement preferred
