We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for Sensor Solutions. This role will be based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. You'll make an impact by:

• Leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our sensor product portfolio.
• Combining technical expertise with business acumen to drive product innovation and market success.
• Defining and executing product strategy and roadmap for sensor solutions.
• Conducting market research, voice of customer and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborating with R&D teams to define technical specifications and requirements.
• Leading cross-functional teams through product development lifecycle.
• Developing business cases and ROI analysis for new product initiatives.
• Working closely with sales and marketing teams to define positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitoring product performance metrics and implementing improvements.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and other business units.

• Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in sensor technology or HVAC related hardware.
• Understanding of sensor technologies (e.g., temperature, humidity, pressure, motion, air quality).
• Experience with IoT platforms and sensor integration.
• Up to 25% travel.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA without needing company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with building automation or HVAC equipment manufacturing or room environments.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Excellence in project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and certifications.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Budget management.

The pay range for this position is $90,510 - $155,160 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
