Senior Product Marketing Manager

Our client, a financial services organization with deep roots in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and drive strategic growth.

About the Role

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic marketing unit, responsible for crafting and executing targeted campaigns that resonate with consumers in the agricultural space. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Define target audiences and develop comprehensive marketing plans

Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels

Lead content and advertising initiatives including:

  • Print and radio advertising
  • Direct marketing (email, direct mail, paid digital, social)
  • Sales collateral and event marketing

Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics

Drive lead generation and partner with sales to move prospects through the funnel

Collaborate with internal teams: strategy, research, data, communications, sales enablement, and customer experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven B2C product marketing experience, preferably in financial services

Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing across email, digital, social, print, and direct mail

Familiarity with the agricultural industry and its seasonal dynamics

Solid understanding of marketing financials and budget management

Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors/agencies

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
