Organizational Health - Supports Chief of Staff and leaders in monitoring the organizational health, addressing team culture development, and lead the coordination and execution of key culture initiatives including Diversity and Inclusion, connection and morale, and team onboarding.
Team Processes - Work across the org to ensure that we have the right processes to support our charter to drive durable growth and advantage for Microsoft. Execute and optimize the rhythm of business, working with senior leaders across teams to achieve outcomes. Uses understanding to ensure projects are completed on time, alignment gained for strategic initiatives across functions of ownership, and best practices are researched and proposed to leadership team.
Leadership Team Efficacy - Leverage relationships to influence and advise on strategic decisions, content, and expertise. Drive the agenda for the leadership team and extended leadership team and ensure follow-up on key initiatives.
Business Strategy - Ensure our business strategies and team priorities are well-documented and that the initiatives aligned with those strategies are understood and prioritized across teams. Integrate best practices across the team through onboarding and training, leveraging available expertise and materials. Own and update the team SharePoint ensuring all content is current, accessible, and relevant to the team.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
5+ years business management/operational experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
