Data and Document Automation is an omnichannel mortgage automation solution that automates key business processes for lenders, investors, and servicers. We are looking for a motivated team member to work on the platform to help lenders accelerate their loan operations.

At ICE, the Senior Technical Product Manager plays a critical role in realizing the product vision. The ideal candidate is customer focused, self-starter, independent, enthusiastic, strong team player and business outcome oriented. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in data-driven product development and AI technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and product management skills to drive innovative solutions leveraging data analytics and advanced machine learning models.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategies for AI-driven solutions, including LLMs, multi-modal models, and AI agents.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful products.

Translate complex data insights into actionable product decisions.

Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to inform product roadmap.

Knowledge and Experience

4+ years in product management or technical product roles.

Deep understanding of data analytics, statistics, and data science principles to drive product strategy.

Hands-on experience of leveraging data to build and scale machine learning and AI-driven applications.

Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-modal AI models, and AI agents.

Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, design and product thinking.

Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive insights for product development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

Background in software engineering or data science.

Experience with cloud platforms and ML frameworks.

Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model evaluation.
